Something about your role

The Service Technician is a key figure in CGT since our earth-moving machines are recognized as the best that can be found in the market. By joining CGT, you will be a part of a group of professionals:

Once hired we will gradually entrust you with the responsibility of important interventions. Activities that you can perform in one of our specialized workshops, or on business trips, at our customers' construction sites.
 
We have prestigious partners, with important commissions and projects. Therefore we will need your availability for frequent trips in the area of ​​competence.
 
You will work autonomously, but the CGT team will be there to provide you with the support you need. You will report directly to the Technical Assistance Coordinator


Our expectations

To work on machines and industrial vehicles we are looking for service technicians, preferably with technical diplomas, who have gained at least 2 years of experience in the earth-moving or agricultural / industrial vehicles sector. 
 
What we consider a “plus”
 
  • great passion for motors, mechanics and earth-moving machines; 
  • strong technical knowledge, in particular hydraulics, electrotechnics and motors;
  • analytical and methodical approach to solve technical problems;
  • ability to work indipendently;
  • compliance with the established deadlines;
  • good organizational skills and ability to suggest solutions;
  • perseverance, in order not to stop at the first obstacle;
  • excellent interpersonal skills inside but also outside the company;
  • knowledge of technical English.
