This website is partially compliant with the requirements outlined in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliance issues outlined below:
Non accessible content
The following items are not are not accessible for the following reasons, uncompliant with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:
- Some non-textual contents presented to the user does not have an equivalent textual alternative that serves the same purpose;
- Some published documents (PDF) are not accessible;
- In some cases, colour alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or a function;
- The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, with the exceptions provided for in the legislation (e.g. logos);
- Some texts, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 per cent without using assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality;
- Modifying the text spacing relative to the line height, as well as the spacing between paragraphs, letters, or words, may result in some loss of information or content or some problems with the layout display;
- Some functions cannot be used via the keyboard (or interface with similar input);
- Some animations, flashing, scrolling or auto-updating of information initiated automatically, lasting longer than five seconds or presented in parallel with other content, there are no mechanisms to interrupt or hide them;
- The page markup code does not always conform to its specification or contain errors, or duplicate attributes and IDs;
- In some cases, user interface components (including: form elements, links and script-generated components...), names, roles, states, properties and values are not correct or set or the user and his assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
- In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in such a way that assistive technologies interpret them without shifting the focus;

The assessment was carried out by a third party by means of objective and subjective analysis (see Article 3(1) of EU Implementing Decision 2018/1523 of the Commission).
The declaration was last reviewed on 31/10/2024, complying with the recommendation to periodically (at least annually) review the accuracy of the statements in this accessibility declaration.
