Something about your role

In CGT we consider that of the specialist (in Finance, HR, ICT or Marketing) the perfect position to grow quickly in the world of work.

You will personally take care of all aspects of your area of expertise, by managing all the operational processes. But you can always rely on the other division colleagues’ skills.

You will learn to work in a big and articulated group like ours, being able to take on responsibilities little by little.

For us that of the Specialist role is above all a work of “relationships”.

As a matter of fact, your activities will be based on a continuous exchange of information with:

colleagues from the various Business Units;
vendors;
final customers (especially in the Marketing department).

Our expectations

Along with your degree in one of the required areas (Finance, HR, ICT or Marketing), we preferably expect two more things from you:

a minimum of experience in one of these areas;
proactivity and curiosity at the highest levels.

What we consider a “plus”

You would be a really perfect candidate if, along with what we have just indicated, you also had:

knowledge of English (you understand it and you are able to speak it);
familiarity with the main IT tools [SAP, Microsoft Office, Google suite,…];
ability to work independently.

For the Specialist role we do not require any important business trips. But we may ask you to perform your work on short trips occasionally.
