Payload systems

Advanced features allow the operator to make quick adjustments before loading the dumper in order to obtain accurate useful loads.

• Automatic weighing: the weight of the material is calculated simply by swinging the loaded bucket, a particularly useful function when loading from the same height or a high position.
• Weighing during transfer: the weight of the material and the total useful load of the dumper is calculated in advance, allowing the operators to unload excess material from the bucket until the set weight is reached.
• Overload alarm: shows on the screen when the final load exceeds the limit of the useful load of the dumper.

This technology helps operators to reach the set useful load immediately, avoiding both overload and underload, which are responsible for reduced productivity and higher fuel consumption. The load cycles are more efficient and material handling costs are lowered.

• Useful load data fully integrated and instantly displayed on the standard touch-screen monitor.
• Calculation of the weight of the useful load and of the cycle count data.
