Something about your role

Field Coordinator in our company means a lot of things. For this reason you must prove to be in possession of:
  • planning skills and ability to manage the team members (tranining and professional growth included);
  • an overview of the main workshop activities;
  • capacity to coordinate the branch technicians.
 
And then you will often have to interface with customers. 
Therefore we would like you to think of your figure as a kind of ambassador of our values ​​outside the company. 
 
Technically we will ask you to manage:
  • every phase of the assistance interventions, both internal and external;
  • the scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on earth-moving machines or engines. 
 
This means that you will take care independently of:
  • actitivty planning;
  • compliance with interventions deadlines;
  • supply of spare parts;
  • coordination of the staff involved in the process.
 
Field Coordinator is also responsible for Workplace security: after appropriate specific training, you will be the one to make sure that each stage of the intervention complies with the legal requirements in order to prevent any occupational accidents.


Our expectations

Of course, we expect specific skills from you. And by specific we mean expertise on the following subjects: 
  • mechanics;
  • hydraulics;
  • electronics.
 
Let’s just say, if you have a Technical Diploma or a Degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil or electrical), you already have enough of what you and we need.
 
What we consider a “plus”
 
Then, of course, there are some others skills that would fit with the ideal candidate for these CGT roles. That is:
  • previous experience of coordination in the engines and earth-moving industry or industrial vehicles sector;
  • flexibility and predisposition to work in team;
  • excellent interpersonal skills inside but also outside the company;
  • perseverance, in order not to stop at the first obstacle;
  • perfectionism: you like organizing and planning activities in advance.
