Something about your role

In CGT the Sales Engineer and the Parts Sales&Services Engineer are very high added value roles. 
 
As Sales, you will guarantee our customers a complete commercial consulting service. Remember that in CGT we offer high technological products and services, so you will provide both technical and financial support. And you will have the responsibility for developing the customer portfolio.
 
As Service, you will deal with the promotion of the assistance service
Starting from our customers’ needs, you will have to identify the best “after sales” solutions to offer them, and you will manage the commercial relations coming from them.


Our expectations

We consider the Sales Engineer and the Parts Sales&Services Engineer as key roles, as you will have understood. Therefore we expect a lot from you.
 
Along with the Bachelor Degree in Engineering (mechanical – electrical - energy) or Technical Diploma (as industrial expert), you should be in possession of:
  • an experience of at least 3 years in commercial or technical-commercial roles;
  • a good knowledge of your area of competence;
  • a strong orientation to commercial negotiations;
  • strong respect for the goals set;
  • good ability to work in team;
  • complete availability to travel in your area of ​​competence.
 
What we consider a “plus”
  • good knowledge of English;
  • good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • proactive approach to problem solving;
  • familiarity with the sales of high technological products and services.
 
Once “on board”, we will gradually introduce you in the role. We will do it together, offering you specific trainings on our products and services that we provide to customers.
