Something about your role

You know how big is a company like CGT? Our business develops very quickly in a highly competitive context. Therefore we are looking for ambitious recent graduates in economic, legal, organizational disciplines who want to demonstrate and spread their “quality”.

Your first working step will be within specific operational areas. There are so many entry roles for example:

junior Controller
credit Specialist

marketing Analyst

Our expectations

In CGT you learn a lot and very quickly. But sure you have to add your value. In particular, we imagine your profile like this:

degree in Economics / Law / Industrial Engeneering;
fluent English (minimum level B2 - upper intermediate),
excellent use of the main IT tools [Microsoft Office, Google suite… ];
a short experience in reality similar to ours (preferable)

What we consider a “plus”

There are some skills that you can’t do without, if you want to join us. That is:

ability to work in team;
inclination to solve problems in complex contexts;
enthusiasm and curiosity;
spirit of initiative and perseverance.

Your role will be dynamic, therefore it’s very important to have your availability for:

short business trips in Italy;
possible temporary transfers throughout the Country.
